Tech: Website to be updated. The page was donated to us and is hosted in the UK. Discord is no longer secure and should not be used to plan actions or reliably share private information. The Facebook page is not active. Security questions to join do not guarantee absolute security within.Communication:Resolved: shift to WhatsApp from Discord and SMS.Limit the sharing of sensitive information over text. Potential to eventually host our own server (or use Flexer.app or Matrix). WordPress could include a communication component.

Becoming a preparatory meeting Need a clerk, treasurer, and meeting minutes—Ministry and Oversight committee is often a feature of preparatory meetings.
Long-term view: determine strong passions between the members and our capacity to support different ideas. This direction could be expressed on the website and in our literature.Potential to support different groups around the city without taking the lead.
